This website contains original paintings by Arnas Gasparonis. Arnas has been painting for almost eleven years, since his early studies of drawing and painting at Wheelock College in Boston. His main artery of focus has been the modern and post modern non-representational expressionism. The artwork is designed and orchestrated not to represent things as they appear in our daily reality, but to challenge our sense of vision and understanding. Nothing we see can be separated from our emotional responses. Therefore, each visual image sparks an emotional reaction to everything in our world. Arnas tries to show the oftentimes hidden emotion through the use of color.

Latest Works 2016-2019

Arnas' main area of work. The modernists stumbled upon abstract expressionism and left the door wide open. Arnas believes this area is very fruitful in our present day, and plenty of work still needs to be done.
